Platja de Palma

Lengthy area of almost 4,5 Km. with fine white sand. It is also well-known as s'Arenal. The promenade has been recently reformed striving for a quieter and calmer surrounding. It has one tourist information office to attend tourists and residents. Likewise, there is a large complementary offer, so you cannot get bored; during the day, apart from the beach and the terraces, you can browse around  the weekly open air market or go on a tourist train, including many other activities. At night, the wide offer of discotheques, pubs, open air-terraces allows you to find your favourite atmosphere.

CHARACTERISTICS: area 180.000m2, asphalted road, sunbeds, parasols, pedal boats and boat hire, surfing and water skiing, horseriding, boat excursion and first aid.

• By bus: From Plaça d'Espanya No. 15 EMT company every 10 minutes. Price: 1,10 euro.
• By car: Airport Motorway, 10 minutes from Plaça d'Espanya.
• By bicycle: a distance of 7 km. following the bike lane along the waterfront promenade.
